Graduate Management Consultant within Energy

About this role

Are you ready to start your career in management consulting? At Implement Consulting Group, we’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join our Energy teams from August/September 2027 or beginning of 2028. What you’ll do As a graduate in our Energy business area, you’ll work on projects that shape the transition to a more sustainable and low-carbon future. Some projects centre on renewable energy technologies and market transformation, others on sustainability strategy, decarbonisation, and ESG reporting for companies across industries.

What ties them together is helping organisations navigate the technical, commercial, and regulatory realities of the energy transition. Within the Energy teams, we work with functional areas such as: Renewable energy and green transition technologies Energy market analysis and regulation Green business models and go-to-market strategy Sustainability strategy and decarbonisation Sustainability and ESG reporting Green project financing and funding In whichever of these areas you join, you'll engage in the core work of a management consultant: conducting analyses, developing business cases, facilitating workshops, and helping clients design and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

You’ll join one of our Energy teams and contribute to projects that shape how organisations work, adapt, and grow in an increasingly complex, low-carbon energy landscape. What you’ll bring We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree, with analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in solving complex business challenges. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one.
