About Graduate Development Program We have created a best-in-class 12 months engineering program designed as a deep dive into the glass industry: during our Graduate Program you will learn everything about our processes, technologies and roles. It will be a very practical experience: you will work and study in our plants, shoulder to shoulder with our best managers and glassmakers, experiencing first-hand the glass manufacturing activities During our Graduate Program you will be presented with challenging and diverse opportunities while being supported through a structured learning and development program, with access to a variety of on-the-job activities, networking activities including international rotations in some of the best O-I plants in Europe.

At the end of our Graduate Program you will have developed an in-depth knowledge of our industry and our processes, and you will be integrated in our Plant in Nove Sedlo. You have a Master Degree in electronic, mechatronic, automation or electrical. You are passionate about manufacturing processes and activities, and you are willing to work in the heat and noise of our factories shop floors, shoulder to shoulder with the best master glassmakers in our company.

You are fluent in English and Czech - any other languages are a plus. You are availabile for travelling for training rotations. If you are smart, passionate, innovative, culturally open, curious and collaborative, we’d like to hear from you. Fluent Czech and English is a must. Remember the last time you opened a bottle of champagne, a cold beer after a hard day’s work or a bottle of sparkling mineral water to quench the thirst, well it was probably made by us, we are O-I and we love that we make more glass containers than anyone in the world.
