Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) , you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Junior Associate, Business Project Management, who will act as a hands-on assistant and quality checker within our data quality function.
In this role you will safeguard the accuracy of information in our internal dashboards, chase down missing inputs from managers, and keep our operational calendars in order. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and spreadsheets and is eager to develop new skills and tools over time. You will not be designing processes yourself; instead, you will take routine quality-control and coordination work off the plate of the people who own our data-quality processes, giving them room to focus on higher-value tasks.
Job Responsibilities Review and validate the quality, completeness, and consistency of data across internal operational dashboards, flagging errors, gaps, and anomalies. Proactively contact managers and stakeholders about missing, incomplete, or overdue inputs, and follow up until issues are resolved. Maintain operational calendars – setting and monitoring blockers for public holidays, team absences, and key events – so that planning and reporting reflect accurate availability.
Perform recurring checks against established templates and best practices, ensuring data is clean, structured, and consistently applied. Support the owners of data-quality processes by executing defined checks and routine follow-ups, escalating anything outside the standard scope. Keep clear records of checks performed, issues raised, and resolutions, so progress is transparent and auditable. Interact effectively with the Poland-based team and regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia) and communicate proactively with all stakeholders.
