Are you a sales compensation expert who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and business impact? As part of our Global Total Rewards team, you will lead the design, governance, and optimization of sales incentive programs worldwide, owning the full cycle from plan design through communication and payment accuracy at every step. You'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and business leaders, bringing the analytical rigor and design thinking needed to build incentive programs that perform at a global scale.

This is a hands-on role with one direct report, you'll be close to the work, close to the business, and close to the decisions that matter. If you excel at turning business strategy into fair, meaningful incentive programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, we want you on our team.
