Through personalised branded apps, websites and marketing solutions, we help restaurants attract customers, increase orders and build their businesses without relying on high third-party commission fees. The role Working as part of our existing People Team in Manchester, you'll play an important role across Talent Acquisition, onboarding, employee development and retention.

You'll work closely with Function Heads and stakeholders across the UK and Ireland to understand their hiring needs, attract great candidates and continuously improve our people practices. From managing end-to-end recruitment processes to identifying opportunities to improve training, engagement and people metrics, this is a varied role where no two days need to look the same. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys a challenge and isn't afraid to question the way things are done if there's a better way.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from writing engaging job adverts and managing applications through to screening calls, interviews, offers and onboarding. Partner with Function Heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, team dynamics and what great talent looks like for each role. Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure we're attracting the right people for both current and future opportunities.
