Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 10 years of experience in revenue operations or a related role in a similar capacity. Experience as a senior, experienced leader who has managed a similar global team previously.

Experience managing and developing a team of operations professionals. Experience with operational systems and tools, such as Salesforce, Forecasting Management, Commission Management, or Tableau. Preferred qualifications Advanced degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Deep understanding of revenue operations processes, methodologies, and technologies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
