About this role

📋 Description Build and maintain strong relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers and other Proactively identify available and upcoming data center capacity across our target markets. Develop early intelligence on new developments, expansions, power availability, capacity releases Maintain a structured pipeline of current and future capacity, including MW availability, RFS Identify off-market and early-stage opportunities before they become broadly marketed.

Perform initial qualification of potential sites and capacity opportunities. 🎯 Requirements Strong experience in the data center, cloud infrastructure or digital infrastructure industry. An established network within the data center ecosystem, particularly among operators, developers Experience identifying, sourcing, developing or selling data center capacity. Good understanding of wholesale and hyperscale colocation markets.
