About the role (What you'll be doing) Impact: This role helps build a better standard of women's health in the UK. You'll care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the wider hormonal and metabolic changes of midlife — and help shape the pathways that make that care genuinely better. This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week) reporting to the GP Lead, Ecosystem. Consult with women through our telehealth service, listening carefully to each patient's individual experience and tailoring care to what she actually needs.
Diagnose and manage perimenopause, menopause, and related hormonal conditions, initiating and adjusting treatment safely over time. Prescribe and manage hormonal medications, contraception and GLP1s in line with Eucalyptus clinical protocols and all GMC and CQC requirements. Take a whole-person view of women's health — considering cardiometabolic health, inflammation, lifestyle, and, where appropriate, supplements as part of a complete protocol.
Help design and improve clinical pathways, bringing your own point of view on how women's health care should evolve. Provide responsive follow-up care and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to keep each patient supported throughout her journey. About you (Who you are) Skills & experience GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise and a strong general practice background. Additional training or qualification in women's hormone health (e.g.
