About this role

However, you must be able to demonstrate, through experience shown in your written application materials that you possess the sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the work of this position without more than normal supervision. Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) General Maintenance and Operations Leader ~ without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform common tasks such as: Lead the work of maintenance personnel.

Assign work to plan the use of workers, equipment, facilities, materials and tools on a day-to-day or project-by-project basis. Perform trade duties independently with solid knowledge of methods, techniques, and safety practices. Use standard trade techniques, accepted methods, and proper tools to perform maintenance, repair, installation and operational tasks. Operate shop equipment, mechanical tools, selected engineering or tractor equipment safely and efficiently.

Read basic plans, sketches, technical manuals, work orders and apply them to accomplishing tasks. Troubleshoot routine mechanical, electrical, or structural issues. Practice work safety in various environmental conditions to include indoors/outdoors, confined spaces, and elevated platforms. Complete routine tasks efficiently with minimal assistance and produce work that meets trade standards. I have experience of a Maintenance Mechanic, Locksmith, Electrician, Pipefitter/Welder, Sheet Metal Mechanic, Plumber, Painter, General Maintenance and Repair Leader, Sign Painter Inspector, High Voltage Electrician, Material Handler (MVO), Tools and Parts Attendant, Carpenter, Painter.
