About this role

In addition to meeting the Basic Education Requirements: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DP-04) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Professional Lead Systems Engineer or as a Lead Technical Domain Subject Matter Expert for assigned systems providing authoritative systems engineering or senior-level engineering technical domain input and advice to systems engineering and to the program management leadership; Leading the development and incorporation of Systems Engineering work products or technical domain work products required to satisfy, complement and inform the DoW System Acquisition program management process milestones, artifacts, strategic planning, risk characterization and decision making on major weapon systems; Leading or significantly mastering the incorporation and use of the various and broad NAWCAD resources to support engineering development, planning and testing for assigned systems; Leading engineering, technical, acquisition, and sustainment support personnel and teams.
