As Player Support Specialist for the globally renowned Video Gaming Brand, you will provide professional technical support service to Consoles, Account Management Issues in Italian and English , both oral and written. The project starts on July 15, 2024. Initial 15-day paid training period will be provided.

Your Responsibilities as Gamer Support Agent: Customer advice by telephone, email and chat; Help customers with payment issues; Support for using company's products, installing and synchronizing software and devices; Effective assistance and advice when purchasing company gaming products Contract: temporary 1 year contract, extendable; becomes a permanent contract after 2 years of continuous employment Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour).

Requirements: Native Italian speaker with English (B2). Should be good both in speaking AND in writing.
