About this role

ABOUT AIOS AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor. We’re at $450M ARR, growing from $7M/yr in April 2025. We’re faithfully serving >200k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. We’ve just launched Bolt Med, our international brand. We’re profitable. Our strategy exists at the intersection of two strong theses: 1. The AI doctor that wins will get to escape velocity using GLP-1s, the fastest growing consumer product in history.

2. The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders. Our master plan: - Step 0 → $100M/yr by end of 2025: We went from $10M to $100M in 6 months serving the UK GLP-1 market. - Step 1 → $1B ARR by end of 2026: Since April 2025 we've grown from 3k to 200k UK active GLP-1 patients. We’ll continue this growth curve to hit $1B ARR. - Step 2 → $10B ARR by end of 2028: Blitzscale Europe. We’ll be Europe’s largest GLP-1 provider.

- Step 3 → $100B/yr by end of 2030: Get regulatory approval across Europe for our Full Autonomous Prescribing (FAP) system. Win contracts at scale with European payers to mass replace human labor. We’ll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe. - Step 4 → $1T/yr by end of 2035: With one line of code and zero human time, you can use AIOS to treat any patient globally with any medication. In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion-dollar healthcare company.

As Funnel Conversion Lead at AIOS, you are DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country.

You’ll deeply understand our target customer in your specific country, think of macro tests to run, then get them executed. You’re responsible for the whole process: idea → hypothesis → test → result → learning → idea. You’re responsible for a specific country’s landers, quiz, checkout. This is a hands-on role, and you’ll live in the weeds running experiments each day. We run on Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex, but you’ll remain tool-agnostic and able to operate across whatever testing + analytics stack is required.

Great performance in the role means we can rapidly scale Meta spend in your specific country. Funnel Conversion is critical to scaling up our international growth efforts. If you nail the role, you’ll be a leading candidate for future senior roles across the Growth & Product teams. This is a full-time, fully remote role, and you’ll work mostly async in the timezone of your choice, as long as you’re around until midday Pacific Time most weekdays.

You’ll lead a Product Squad, consisting of you + 1x SWE + 1x Web Designer. You'll work closely with our existing Funnel Conversion Lead (Michael McCann https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-m-33b79642/) and you’ll report to our Head of Performance (Dave Lane https://www.linkedin.com/in/digital-dl/). You’ll also work closely with our CEO (Richie Cartwright https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-cartwright/). I (Richie) am intense, so you’ll also be intense.

You’ll work long days and regularly work on weekends. Our default workweek is 50-60hrs/wk. This is an awful job for the vast majority of people looking for a job. Stay away! And for the right person, this will be the best role of your life :) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meta Click → Sale CVR: You are DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country. 1. Customer & marketing understanding: You must go deep on our target customer(s) in your specific country.

Why are they converting and why are they not? Specifically at this stage of the GLP-1 take-up cycle in this specific country. 2. Ideas & prioritizing: You have many ideas, both macro & micro, produced from customer insights / session data / market research / funnel performance. You create precise hypotheses and order them ruthlessly. Your experiments are always well designed to avoid unhelpful ambiguity of results. 3.

Execution: You are DRI for getting tests shipped. You run a Product Squad of 1x Engineer + 1x Designer. Tests get shipped rapidly and always to high-quality. 4. Measure & learn: You measure everything important and use that information to inform your future testing. 5. Improve tooling: You’re responsible for improving your own tooling. You don’t wait for someone else. KEY TRAITS 1. Experience: You've spent 4+ years running a high volume (>hundreds) of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands in high-pace, high-transaction-volume environments.

I have a strong preference for people who understand & enjoy the scary intensity of a high-growth startup. 2. Macro swings: You don’t get stuck in hill climbing when we have no idea whether we’re yet on the right hill. 3. Zest: You just get consumer. You have strong taste for consumer experience and can tell when a flow feels dead, cringe, slow, confusing, or magical. 4. Funnel literacy: You understand the ad-to-landing-page handoff and how Funnel Conversion interacts with paid efficiency (CPL, CAC, quality score, LP experience).

5. Hands-on & autonomous: You've personally owned end-to-end testing, from ideation and setup all the way to QA and readouts. You haven’t simply managed an agency and/or a team. You don’t need your hand held & you don’t get overwhelmed easily. 6. Analytics: You’re maniacal about your metrics. You're comfortable inside the data, naturally curious, and able to dig past top-line numbers into segments and behaviour. You have a hunger to improve and are constantly upskilling.

You care a weird amount about your analytics stack. 7. Design: You’re comfortable with design principles & wireframing so can work closely with design to get what you want into pixels. 8. Engineering: You’re sufficiently technical so code doesn’t bother you. You see turning your ideas into pixels as part of your remit, not something separate from you.
