Description of the open position FUNCTIONEEL ANALIST Jobinhoud Als Functioneel Analist sta jij in voor het contact met de business en voor de vertaling van hun noden naar IT oplossingen bij onze klanten. Je verantwoordelijkeden: Je onderzoekt de gewenste verbeteringen en documenteert de requirements binnen het bedrijf. Je analyseert bedrijfsprocesen via communicatie met de gebruikers. Je vertaalt de gebruikersbehoeften naar een duidelijk ICT project.

Je zorgt voor de optimalisatie en het uittekenen van geautomatiseerde processen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toepassen van de juiste analysetechnieken volgens de noden van gebruikers. Je bepaalt de fasen en procedures van de technische en functionele tests en voert deze uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning en opvolging van gebruikers. Profiel Je beschikt over een bachelor/master diploma in de informatica/ICT of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist. Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een groot pluspunt. Je beschikt over vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent analytisch sterk in plannen en organiseren. Je bent zeer resultaat gericht. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B. AR Ƞ S?
