Job Title: Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Mid-Level) Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Job Type: Full Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Salary Range: IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 gross Eligibility: Indonesian Citizen About the Role We are looking for a Mid-Level Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our team in Jakarta. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, provide functional solutions, and support the successful implementation of our systems.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any major (GPA > 3.0 preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role Experience in IT Consulting, software implementation, or system implementation projects Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects, from requirement gathering and functional design through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders Strong understanding of business processes and requirement analysis Experience in conducting requirement gathering and client workshops Experience in preparing functional specifications and project documentation Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal Roles & Responsibilities 1.

Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements 2. Conduct requirement gathering sessions, discussions, and workshops with clients 3. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions 4. Prepare functional specifications, business process flows, and other project documentation 5. Work closely with the technical team to ensure the solution meets client requirements 6.

Support system configuration and implementation activities 7. Assist clients in testing and resolving functional issues 8. Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live 9. Manage communication and coordination between clients and internal project teams 10. Provide regular project updates and communicate issues or risks to relevant stakeholders 11. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system solutions
