Full Stack Engineer (Rust-Focused)

About this role

Overview: We are seeking a Rust Engineer to anchor our backend architecture while growing into full-stack work. You will own core Rust services and async systems, while gradually expanding into our Vue/Angular frontends and AWS Glue data pipeline over time. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of production services and APIs using Rust. Contribute to our Vue and Angular frontend applications as project needs require, ensuring cohesive user experiences.

Support and interface with our underlying AWS Glue data pipelines, data models, and backend storage. Design high-performance asynchronous systems, establish robust unit/integration testing, and optimize database queries. Collaborate with team members to break down end-to-end features, communicate backend decisions clearly, and ship reliable software. Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Proven experience building and deploying backend services in Rust. Strong async programming, API design, data modeling, and testing skills. Readiness to work in Vue and Angular frontends over time. Fluency in English with strong collaboration and team skills. Nice to Have: Practical UI experience with Vue, Angular, or React. AWS experience, especially Glue or ETL/data-pipeline tooling.
