Come join us, and let the world feel your work As a Full Stack Engineer on our Monetization team, you'll help shape how millions of users discover and choose the Epidemic Sound plan that's right for them.

Monetization owns everything from subscriptions and upsells to credit top-ups and add-ons - and we run on experimentation, testing hypotheses with real A/B tests. You'll join two experienced full stack engineers on the team, working across the stack to ship new features and drive the adoption of our new backend. It's a role with real architectural scope: you'll help shape decisions on both the front end and back end as we build new features and retire legacy systems, all while working closely with the business leads who depend on what we build.

Your key responsibilities include - Writing production-ready code across the back end and front end-stable, well-tested, and built to last - to ship new features and advance our technical strategy - Reviewing code thoughtfully for engineers across the team and beyond - Participating in and leading technical discoveries, working through problems collaboratively rather than in isolation - Partnering closely with a Product Manager to build a deep understanding of the product - Sharing in a company-wide on-call rotation (frequency is flexible) Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience building production software across the stack - Backend experience in Go, or another modern backend language (Python, Java, or similar) - Front-end experience writing clean, maintainable code in TypeScript and React - Comfortable in working AI-first, with agentic tools as part of everyday craft - Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with others - An appetite to keep growing — both technically and in your understanding of product and business Equal opportunity employer We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world.
