📋 Description Schedule and coordinate micro testing across all SKUs Execute hold/release decisions across all SKUs each month Monitor the CS-Food channel as the primary QA point of contact Triage incoming complaints with severity classification Open and document formal quality investigations under direction Gather supporting evidence for investigations 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Animal Science, or related field 1-3 years experience in food, beverage, or pet food QA role Working knowledge of micro testing protocols and lab coordination workflows Strong communication skills with co-man and internal team High attention to detail with documentation Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced CPG operational tempo
