Freelance Customer Support (Dutch/Polish & English / Remote / Europe Time)

About this role

We are looking for a part-time customer care agent who will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective communication. Your responsibilities include managing customer interactions via chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls. This role will initially be part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position in the future, subject to availability and operational requirements.

Requirements Fluent in Dutch/Polish and English, additional will be added advantage. At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience Available to work according to approximate Europe time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Three hours per day We are an international, dynamic, and multicultural company You have the ability to fully work remote
