Manager, FP&A – EMEA Location: Battersea, London / Hybrid (3 days per week in office) About The Role Reporting into the FP&A Senior Manager, EMEA, the Manager, FP&A – EMEA is a high-impact role at the heart of SharkNinja's EMEA finance function. We are hiring a managers into this role to cover end-to-end forecast, monthly close, and executive reporting cycle, and leading the EMEA Data/BI & FP&A transformation agenda.
Responsibilities Forecast, Close & Financial Performance Lead the end-to-end EMEA forecast & budgeting process, coordinating closely with Financial Business Partners (FBPs) and Analysts on all key inputs down to Gross Margin level. Lead and animate the EMEA month-end close cycle, delivering high-quality variance analysis, management commentary, and P&L performance reporting. Own integrity checks and performance analytics across the P&L; proactively identify trends, risks, and focus areas for FBPs and Analysts to act on.
Manage P&L submissions and lead corporate reporting activities during month-end and forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery. Establish and maintain clear forums with the Accounting team to review the balance sheet and support quarterly and year-end closing. Support ad hoc financial analysis and business case support for EMEA-wide initiatives. Data, BI & Process Transformation Drive the animation of financial performance across the EMEA business, using BI tools and automation to bring data to life.
