Founding Sales Representative, SDR to Full-Cycle

ABOUT THE ROLE Join the early sales team at a seed-stage B2B software company serving trades and home service businesses. You will begin with outbound prospecting and, within your first few months, take ownership of the full sales cycle, helping establish the sales approach as the team grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Make high-volume outbound calls using existing prospect lists and a tested sales approach. - Book qualified discovery calls with business owners and refine messaging and objection handling through daily practice.
- Progress into running product demonstrations, addressing objections, preparing contracts, and closing new partners. - Own sales targets and improve the scripts and processes used by future sales hires. - Track sales activity and manage prospect information in a CRM. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least one year of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, with a record of meeting targets. - Experience running outbound campaigns, booking meetings, and making frequent phone calls.
- Native-level German fluency and confidence speaking with small business owners. - Experience managing deals end-to-end, or readiness to take on full-cycle sales responsibilities within a few months. - CRM experience and familiarity with sales activity tracking and reporting. - SMB, trades, home services, or owner-operator sales experience is helpful. - Resilience, coachability, and the ability to act independently in a fast-moving environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary is €50,000, with on-target earnings of €90,000 and potential to exceed €100,000 with above-target performance. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
