Founding Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE This is the first engineering hire at a Y Combinator-backed AI marketing startup, giving you true founding scope from day one. You will work directly with the two co-founders and with customers to figure out what to build, ship it, and iterate until it drives real value. The product sits at the intersection of AI visibility, agentic workflows, and marketing technology, a fast-moving category with strong early traction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own full product features end to end, from ambiguous problem all the way to live, production-quality code. - Work across the entire stack: frontend, backend systems, LLM pipelines, and data. - Design simple, intuitive UX for complex, data-rich workflows. - Talk directly with customers, turn those conversations into product decisions, and represent the company well. - Use AI-native development workflows, including coding agents and MCP tooling, as a core part of how you work day to day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Roughly 2 to 4 years of relevant engineering experience, with a background that includes early-stage startup or founding experience. - Proven track record of shipping production SaaS features and taking products from 0 to 1. - Strong full-stack ownership: comfortable taking an ambiguous problem through design, implementation, and iteration independently. - Solid experience with TypeScript and React; familiarity with Vite, Supabase, Vercel, and ClickHouse is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic workflows, both in product and in personal development practice. - Clear, direct communicator who can engage customers confidently in English. - Experience in GEO, SEO, or marketing technology is a nice bonus. - Based in Munich or genuinely ready to relocate. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary of EUR 85,000 to 120,000 per year, plus equity participation (VSOP). Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

LOCATION On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation support is available.
