Founding GTM Lead, UK

ABOUT THE ROLE Lead go-to-market growth for a voice AI software company as it establishes its presence in the UK. This founding role owns pipeline generation and full-cycle sales, while partnering with the founding team on market strategy and building the initial UK team. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and network building. - Manage sales from first outreach through contract signature and deployment.

- Win early customers and build the company's position in the UK market. - Hire, onboard, and lead the first UK team members as the business grows. - Develop a repeatable UK expansion approach with the founding team. - Share structured customer and market feedback with product, marketing, and strategy teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, technology sales, or consulting.

- Experience carrying a sales quota, independently creating outbound pipeline, and closing deals end-to-end. - Strong full-cycle selling skills, including building buyer trust and managing deals through deployment. - Experience hiring, onboarding, and leading team members, with interest in a hands-on player-coach role. - Native or near-native English fluency. - Experience in B2C software or SaaS sales is relevant; enterprise sales and AI or voice technology experience are beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid role based in London after an initial 2 to 3 months working full-time from Berlin, Germany.
