Build the organisation that turns our long-term ambition into exceptional everyday execution. As Founding COO, you will shape how Everest operates. Working closely with the founder and company leaders, you will build the team, operating rhythm and integration approach that connect independent businesses into an enduring ecosystem. What you will build Translate strategy into clear priorities, accountable owners and focused execution.

Build and support the operating leadership team, with each company leader retaining responsibility for their business. Develop a practical approach to understanding, integrating and improving acquired companies. Turn lessons from our companies into shared operating capabilities. The opportunity Help establish the foundations of Everest from an early stage. Your work will shape both the companies we operate today and the way we build the group over time.
