About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE Build the outbound pipeline generation function from the ground up at an AI company developing voice technology for enterprise use. You will research enterprise accounts, create personalized campaigns, and partner with an Account Executive to turn outreach into qualified conversations. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Research high-potential enterprise accounts and map decision-makers across AI, customer service, IT, product, engineering, and innovation teams.
- Plan and execute personalized outbound campaigns through phone, LinkedIn, email, events, and other channels. - Cold call senior enterprise buyers and qualify opportunities against clear standards before handing them to the Account Executive. - Follow up systematically on inbound leads and market signals to start relevant conversations. - Prepare for industry events by researching attendees, booking meetings, and following up afterward.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and document workflows and learnings. - Test messaging, channels, and sequences, measure results, and improve the pipeline generation process. - As the team grows, help hire, onboard, and develop additional BDRs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Native-level or bilingual German is required. - One to four years of experience is listed; prior BDR/SDR experience is not required. - Comfort with cold calling and speaking with senior enterprise buyers, plus an interest in outbound, account research, and consistent execution.
- Curiosity about technical voice AI products and a systems-minded approach to building processes without a finished playbook. - Motivation to develop in outbound sales rather than seeking a quick transition into an Account Executive role. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: €40,000 to €65,000 annually. OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable): €60,000 to €80,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
