As a Founders Associate in the CTO Office, you’ll work hands-on with Core and Product Engineering teams to turn strategic technical decisions into action and help scale the engineering organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will: - Assist the CTO with strategic projects and high-impact technical decisions - Support engineering and product initiatives, helping define architecture, processes, and workflows that enable scalable delivery - Contribute to the optimization of internal technical processes, making engineering faster, more efficient, and more impactful - Collaborate closely with Core, Product, and Infrastructure teams to align cross-functional technical efforts - Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes YOUR PROFILE You’re a good fit for this role if you: - Have experience in software development, engineering strategy, technical consulting, or high-growth startups - Think analytically, act proactively, and can translate complex technical insights into actionable plans - Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities - Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams WHY JOIN US?
