ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-ownership, generalist role sitting directly alongside the CEO as one of the company's first commercial hires. You will span sales, operations, and company building at an early-stage AI enterprise software startup, making a direct impact on revenue and growth from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own outbound sales activity and manage a pipeline end to end, from prospecting through to close. - Work directly with the CEO across strategic and operational priorities as the business scales.

- Contribute to product and content work using AI-assisted development tools. - Support web and marketing initiatives, including content updates and landing page work. - Help shape early processes, commercial playbooks, and internal tooling. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1.5 to 2 years of full-time professional experience, not counting internships or working-student roles. - Strong sales affinity and genuine comfort owning outbound and pipeline independently.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, this is a firm requirement. - A track record of building something independently, whether a startup, product, community, audience, or side project. - Fluency in both German and English, required for client-facing work and internal communication. - Background in a consultancy or startup environment is a strong advantage. - High-performance academic or professional background, such as top-tier consulting, is a plus.

- Experience with CMS or design tools such as Framer, Webflow, or Figma is a significant bonus. - High agency, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to operate with minimal direction. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Total compensation of up to EUR 130,000 (base plus sales-related variable), with 0.5 to 1% equity. No visa sponsorship is available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
