Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on internship or working-student role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an AI-native procurement platform for industrial manufacturers. You will work directly with the CEO in Berlin, owning high-volume outbound outreach and helping lay the foundations of the enterprise sales playbook. The role is central to generating real pipeline and gives you front-row exposure to how an early B2B startup sells to large enterprises.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run high-volume outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to generate qualified enterprise conversations with procurement leaders at industrial manufacturers. - Research target accounts, identify the right contacts, and spot trigger events for timely, relevant outreach. - Write personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages tailored to procurement decision-makers. - Manage and execute multi-touch sequences and follow-ups to maximize reply and conversion rates.
- Track open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics, and run weekly A/B tests to improve performance. - Enrich and maintain target account data in the CRM to keep it clean and actionable. - Prepare meeting materials including competitive research, company briefings, and tailored one-pagers. - Design and iterate on messaging experiments to inform the broader go-to-market playbook. - Join strategy discussions, product demos, and investor conversations for full business context.
- Support ad-hoc tasks such as event prep, partnership research, market analysis, or deck updates as needed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Current student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field. - Professional written fluency in both German and English, with the ability to write sharp outreach and polished professional communications. - Comfortable owning high-volume outbound sales work as a core, recurring responsibility.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to execute repetitive work to a high standard with minimal supervision. - Evidence of entrepreneurial initiative, such as founding or contributing to a startup, club, side project, or other organization. - Experience researching target accounts, personalizing email or LinkedIn outreach, and managing follow-up sequences. - Ability to maintain CRM data and use outreach metrics or A/B tests to improve conversion.
