Job Responsibilities Food Service & Preparation Assist with food preparation and the setup of food service areas.

Serve and replenish food, beverages, and service items as required. Ensure food is properly presented, fresh, and ready for service. Guest Service & Teamwork Assist guests politely and respond to their needs. Support kitchen and service teams during busy periods. Communicate shortages, guest concerns, and operational issues to the supervisor. Hygiene & Food Safety Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.

Follow food-safety, HACCP, allergen, and hygiene procedures. Handle and store food safely and prevent cross-contamination. Cleaning & Maintenance Clean service counters, utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Clear used dishes and maintain tidy service areas. Complete cleaning and closing duties according to established procedures.
