About this role

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressively responsible management experience in banquet, catering, and special events. Must be well organized with an attention to detail. Must possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Must have well-developed computer, organizational, time management, prioritization and writing abilities, with an aptitude for learning new skills. Demonstrated knowledge of PC computer programs including Microsoft operating system, Excel and PowerPoint required. The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents.

A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application. * Highly Desired - Resume must demonstrate experience in the highly desired criteria. Knowledge and experience with property and institutional management systems (Opera, Benchmark, Sales and Catering Systems, Miracle, Central Reservation Systems, etc.) Applicants that meet the Highly Desired criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.

All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list.
