Fleet Administrator
About this role
The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for the following core duties: Basic administration tasks in support of the Service Delivery team Maintain and update fleet records and databases Process vehicle tax (Road Fund Licence) updates Manage vehicle de-fleeting and transfer processes Handle Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and related invoices Support customers with tracking, telematics and vehicle-related queries Process DVLA and vehicle registration (V5) documentation Reconcile fleet records and ensure information is accurate Monitor vehicle tracking alerts and resolve issues Manage spare key records and annual audits What We're Looking For Intermediate level Excel skills, including lookups, formulas and data management GCSEs or equivalent qualifications Confidence using Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment Full training will be given on all of our internal systems, but all candidates will require strong computer literacy and proficiency particularly in Excel as a baseline for success.
