FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Communicating clearly, tactfully, and professionally when assisting customers and resolving account inquiries via phone and written correspondence; 2) Researching record discrepancies, identifying root causes, and applying established business rules to make corrections; 3) Providing customer service by answering routine telephone and email inquiries; and 4) Having computer literacy in software applications.
