Financial Program Analyst

About this role

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience serving as an Analyst or Financial Analyst. Experience working in accounting, accounts payable, financial management, and accounts receivable, with heavy concentration in program management and data analytics. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or business related field. Master’s Degree preferred; specialized experience can be substituted.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability (KSA) and Competency Requirements: Subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft accounting modules. Experience with Coupa financial system. Strong command of Excel for tool development and performance metric management. Ability to analyze, reconcile, interpret, and present data, ensuring data integrity. Accuracy and attention to detail. Innovation, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of financial reporting and ability to prepare various financial reports. Ability to exhibit good judgment in organizing work and setting priorities.
