Knowledge of operation and functions of personal computers to provide problem solving resolution and service to users In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Highly desirable: Knowledge of Nonappropriated Fund practices, regulations, and guidance materials and NAF Small Purchases.
