Military Grades: Enlisted Member (E4/SPC - E9/SGM), Warrant Officer (W1/WO1 - W5/CW5, or Commissioned Officer (O1/2LT - O2/1LT) GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have experience collecting and analyzing data effectively, efficiently, and accurately. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the GS-7 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government.

This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Experience applying procedures and directives by reading and interpreting program material. Experience presenting formal training presentations and briefings. Experience preparing reports and presentation formats. Experience managing administrative fiscal, financial management, in an accounting or budgetary nature.
