FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assist with interpreting financial policies and procedures to identify and resolve routine technical and operational issues affecting inventory accountability and financial reporting.

2) Prepare inventory-accuracy reports, supporting data, and briefings for review by supervisors and senior leadership. 3) Support the monitoring, reconciliation, and validation of financial-management records and inventory-accuracy processes. 4) Assist in reviewing and updating financial and inventory-accuracy policies, procedures, and internal controls. 5) Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and SAP systems to extract data, reconcile records, and produce auditable financial and inventory-accuracy reports.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting financial policies and practices to resolve technical and operational problems; 2) Presenting and defending inventory accuracy reports to senior leaderships; 3)Establishing, monitoring, and validating financial management and inventory accuracy; 4) Reviewing, developing, recommending and implementing financial/inventory accuracy policies;5) Utilizing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or SAP (System Application and Products) Program to produce auditable financial/inventory accuracy reports.
