FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience directing multidisciplinary teams / technical leads in developing and governing advanced analytical frameworks, budget execution dashboards, and predictive decision-support solutions that optimize multi-billion-dollar financial operations, resource management, and audit readiness.

- Experience providing authoritative financial advisory services by translating complex fiscal datasets and systemic expenditure trends into decisive executive intelligence to advise senior leaders and Secretariat leadership on strategic resource allocation and financial policy. - Experience managing portfolio of high-visibility analytics products and steering data-driven solutions that resolve complex financial challenges, remediate Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs), and ensure compliance with FIAR and NDAA mandates.

- Experience orchestrating enterprise data integration and modernization initiatives across legacy and modern ERPs (specifically SAP and Oracle EBS) by architecting unified schemas and establishing single-source-of-truth repositories for financial reporting.
