FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of Federal Financial Management Laws, regulations, and precedents from oversight agencies such as Government Accountability Office (GAO), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the Treasury is required.

Experience applying advance knowledge of DOW and DON Financial Management Regulations, processes, and automated Financial systems sufficient to evaluate compliance, identify internal control weaknesses, assess financial risks, and support audit readiness and sustainment activities. Experience applying extracting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and program data from multiple automated systems. Experience in using office automation tools, such as spreadsheets and databases, to prepare complex financial reports and create product for leadership review and decision making.
