About this role

Human Resources will determine your qualifications for each entry grade level based on your interest and the additional following criteria. Combinations of education and experience may also be sufficient. One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-09 for the GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.

Specialized Experience Is Defined As: (1) Applying analytical and evaluative techniques to determine legal, regulatory, policy, efficiency, effectiveness, and operational deficiencies and action required to correct deficiencies. AND (2) Monitoring and evaluates Center finance and accounting operations and systems for effectiveness and compliance with internal controls. AND (3) Using automated financial systems to participate in a variety of operational reviews and analytical studies related to establishing and implementing methods or procedures used in resolving a variety of accounting and finance problems.
