In order to qualify for the GS-14: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors), to include: 1. Providing technical guidance for a wide variety of complex financial issues; 2. Providing leadership and guidance for conducting post award grant monitoring activities; 3.
Communicating information, ideas, and advice in a clear, concise, and logical manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels of the organization and with internal and/or external customers; And 4.
