We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh. THE ROLE The Finance & Strategy team is an integral thought partner to Abridge’s cross-functional leadership. As a Finance & Strategy Lead, you’ll have a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in our financial management and strategic planning process. The role will be integral in driving our company's financial health and visibility, and offers a chance to work at the cutting edge of AI technology and healthcare.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about their work, eager to engage in dynamic financial planning, and ready to contribute significantly to our company's success. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll join a growing Finance & Strategy team, acting as a crucial link between Finance leaders and partners across the entire organization. You will principally be responsible for driving our financial planning process, inclusive of: budgeting, scaling processes & tooling, and cross functional communication / thought partnership.
Specific responsibilities will include: - Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop comprehensive financial plans and forecasts aligned with our strategic objectives, and manage financial planning cadence & processes, including budgeting and variance analyses. - Financial Close Coordination: Implement scalable practices in financial close and accounting processes, partnering with our Financial Operations team to install and document accounting workflows / best practices.
