As Finance & Portfolio Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with founders, CFOs, board members, investment teams, and our central teams. Your role is to turn complexity into clarity, and data into action, always with a talent for managing expectations across all stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You'll be a trusted partner, bridging operational and financial oversight with strategic support, embracing all tasks necessary for accuracy and insight.

Financial & Operational Oversight Act as the central control tower for our portfolio companies. You'll closely analyze critical financial, operational, risk, and ESG data provided by their CFOs/CEOs to ensure optimal performance. When they have questions, you'll serve as a sounding board and trusted advisor. Performance & Portfolio Monitoring Rigorously monitor financial performance, identify weak signals, and co-create pragmatic solutions.

You'll highlight key financial trends that provoke re-investment or exit considerations, initiating arbitration discussions when necessary. Group Finance Alignment & Integration Ensure seamless coordination and compliance with Decathlon central finance functions. You'll act as a guarantor of Group Finance rules and management frameworks for portfolio companies, facilitating exchanges with all relevant Group Finance teams (including post-M&A financial integration).

Valuation & Financial Communication Lead and contribute to investment valuations (annual/biannual). En tant que Finance & Portfolio Manager, vous travaillerez main dans la main avec les fondateurs, les directeurs financiers, les membres du conseil d'administration, les équipes d'investissement et nos équipes centrales. Votre rôle est de transformer la complexité en clarté, et les données en action, toujours avec un talent pour gérer les attentes de toutes les parties prenantes. VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS Tu seras un partenaire de confiance, alliant la surveillance opérationnelle et financière au soutien stratégique, et assumant toutes les tâches nécessaires à la précision et à la connaissance.

Supervision financière et opérationnelle Tu joues le rôle de tour de contrôle centrale pour les entreprises de notre portefeuille. Tu analyseras de près les données financières, opérationnelles, de risque et ESG fournies par les directeurs financiers et les PDG afin de garantir des performances optimales. Lorsqu'ils ont des questions, tu joues le rôle de caisse de résonance et de conseiller de confiance. Suivi des performances et du portefeuille Suivre rigoureusement les performances financières, identifier les signaux faibles et co-créer des solutions pragmatiques.

Tu mettras en évidence les principales tendances financières qui suscitent des considérations de réinvestissement ou de sortie, en entamant des discussions d'arbitrage si nécessaire. Alignement et intégration des finances du groupe Assurer une coordination et une conformité sans faille avec les fonctions financières centrales de Decathlon. Tu seras le garant des règles de Group Finance et des cadres de gestion pour les sociétés du portefeuille, en facilitant les échanges avec toutes les équipes de Group Finance concernées (y compris l'intégration financière post-fusion-acquisition).

Valorisation et communication financière Tu diriges et contribues à la valorisation des investissements (annuelle/biannuelle). Tu es également à l'origine d'un reporting transparent au niveau du fonds et assurerez une communication financière
