ROLE OVERVIEW The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the financial management, reporting, planning and control activities across the assigned region. The role provides financial support and commercial insight to regional or country CBO, ensuring accurate and timely financial information, strong financial controls and compliance with Group policies and applicable statutory requirements.

The Finance Manager will support business performance, drive financial discipline and provide meaningful analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making. The role will also contribute to the continuous improvement and standardisation of finance processes across the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Financial Management & Reporting Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the region.

Ensure financial results are appropriately analysed, understood and communicated to regional and Group leadership. Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, working capital, cash flow and overall financial performance. Provide clear commentary and insight into key financial variances, risks and opportunities. Ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies and reporting standards across the region.

Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Business Partnering & Commercial Support Act as a trusted finance business partner to regional and country leadership teams. Challenge assumptions and provide constructive recommendations to improve profitability and business performance. Translate financial information into clear and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Team Management Directly manage, support, and develop one finance team member.
