📋 Description Grow business within existing strategic accounts by identifying, qualifying, and developing new Conduct discovery sessions with customer engineering, procurement, quality, and program teams Build technical business cases for conversion, including DFx recommendations, process selection Partner with Sales and Account Management to overcome technical objections Enable partners to execute and scale programs by translating customer requirements into executable Support partner identification, qualification, capability assessment, and production readiness 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical customer-facing role Demonstrated expertise across multiple manufacturing processes: CNC machining, sheet metal Ability to identify DFM issues from CAD models and drawings; working CAD proficiency (SolidWorks Working knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawing requirements, and inspection/QA practices Experience working directly with suppliers or contract manufacturers 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary range of $101,000 - $150,000 annually plus commission 401(k) match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays Maternity and bonding leave
