In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget. Our team in DACH consists of over 40 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence.

The Marketing team is crucial in driving our company’s success, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver data-driven strategies, impactful campaigns, and strong brand communication that fuel growth and support our commercial priorities across the DACH market. You Will: Field Marketing Planning and Performance Execute the DACH marketing plan in line with local business goals; Work with Sales and Account Management to prioritize activities supporting pipeline, deal progression, retention, and upsell; Track performance, and optimize activities based on results; Manage the regional marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
Targeted Campaigns Plan and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns for defined prospect and client lists; Create relevant touchpoints that help warm up priority accounts and support commercial conversations; Coordinate campaigns from briefing and audience selection through execution, follow-up, and reporting. Events Plan and execute owned and external events from concept to post-event follow-up; Define clear target audiences and business objectives for each activity; Measure event success based on account engagement, influenced opportunities, follow-up, and ROI; Coordinate speakers, suppliers, invitations, logistics, and on-site delivery.
