How You'll Make an Impact You're the technical engine behind Boomi's biggest customer engagements. You take extreme technical complexity and turn it into a strategic solution, which positions Boomi as the leader in data activation. Then you convert each high-tier engagement into a reusable asset, so the rest of the organization moves with speed and precision. The ideal candidate knows the Boomi ecosystem cold and has a track record of clearing architectural hurdles to drive revenue attainment.

You bridge field requirements and product innovation. You have the executive presence to engage C-suite personas, and the discipline to productize complex solutions into workshops and blueprints. You'll manage role ambiguity and stay focused on strategic architecture, while building a culture of curiosity and a resilient community. Key Qualifications Elite Technical Proficiency: Hands-on command of the Boomi portfolio (iPaaS, Data Management, API Management).

You write code in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, or Python to extend the platform and build custom solutions. Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes. You're comfortable navigating clusters with K9s, managing data streaming, and troubleshooting runtime frameworks. Data Management: Deep expertise in the modern data stack. You understand the nuances of data governance, lifecycle management, and synchronization.

You're proficient in cloud data warehouses (Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) and ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Fivetran, Informatica). Master Data Management and Governance: You've architected enterprise-grade MDM systems with tools like Reltio, Informatica, Ataccama, or Stibo, built around data integrity and a unified record strategy. You know metadata management and data lineage, and you design solutions that meet GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

Agentic AI: You've built and deployed Agentic AI solutions. You know how to connect to model providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, and how to run local Agent Gardens for data sovereignty. Content and Enablement: You've created high-visibility expert content, such as blog posts, technical blueprints, and hands-on workshops, that eliminated manual effort and spread knowledge globally. What You'll Do Lead Strategic Engagements: Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering as the go-to resource on high-value opportunities.

Work through complex architectural hurdles to drive revenue. Productize Technical Wins: Run high-impact POCs, then turn them into reusable assets like industry blueprints and solution starter kits for the global solution engineering community. Scale Technical Excellence: Distill complex innovations into training and blueprints that regional teams can run on their own. Drive Thought Leadership: Write regularly for the Boomi Community on digital transformation trends, and solve difficult technical problems in public forums.

Bridge Product and PSO: Bring customer requirements to Product Management to influence roadmaps. Work with Professional Services (PSO) to move blueprints into successful Paid Pilots. Modernize Technical Validation: Replace costly, repetitive POCs with workshops and custom demonstrations. Maintain Operational Excellence: Track your impact in Jira and homerun. Manage the "Request an Expert" workflow and meet your SLAs. #LI-RS1 Be Bold.
