Field Application Engineer, UK - Reconeyez

About this role

Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration partners Support field deployments, including pilot programs and high-profile installations Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyez’s cloud platform and third-party systems Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware connectivity, and software Act as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal teams Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer presentations Provide hands-on support when required while guiding partners Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools Travel extensively (~50%) across the UK.
