We are looking for Fellows starting in October 2026 for 6 months. Advise. Invest. Build. Meet ALAIKA - a new kind of Financial Services firm - globally scaling, headquartered in Munich. What you bring Currently studying or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Minimum 4th Bachelor semester. Relevant Experience. You have gained initial exposure to recruitment or HR through internships, working student roles, student initiatives, or comparable experiences. Recruiting is selling. Prove you could sell sand in a desert. Analytical Skills.

Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report. Language Proficiency. Fluent in English. German and additional languages are a plus. Why join ALAIKA Your launchpad.
