What you'll do Own relationships with agency program offices, contracting officers, and prime contractors Spot upcoming requirements, recompetes, and expansion opportunities early Bring warm opportunities into our pipeline and help shape our responses Serve as the main point of contact on awarded contracts, keeping clients happy and performance strong Partner with our proposal and recruiting teams to win and staff new work What you bring 5+ years as a program manager, account manager, contracts manager, or similar client-facing role on federal contracts Established, good-standing relationships with one or more federal agencies.
