FACILITIES PROGRAM MANAGER

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing facility and program asset management by directing comprehensive facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization programs across a diverse portfolio of real property, military installations, or industrial marine infrastructure; 2) Executing acquisition and contract management by overseeing large-scale acquisition strategies, executing or monitoring performance-based Base Operating Support Contracts, Facility Support Contracts, and capital project design and construction activities; 3) Overseeing budgeting and financial management by coordinating multi-million dollar annual budgets, preparing Program Objective Memorandum submittals, and monitoring execution rates for real property and facility lifecycle accounts; 4) Managing strategic planning and program analysis by developing long-range capital improvement plans, regional facility master or area development plans, and facility service product line strategies; and 5) Serving as the interdisciplinary leadership and liaison by leading diverse, multi-disciplinary technical teams, and acting as a primary liaison to senior leadership and external organizations.
