At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an empathetic, proactive, and eager-to-learn Food & Beverage Intern. In this role, you will dedicate yourself to mastering the art of luxury hospitality, assisting our team in creating unforgettable dining experiences and anticipating our guests' every need. Primary Responsibilities Include Guest Preference Tracking: Review daily arrival and reservation lists to identify dietary requirements, special celebrations, and specific guest preferences across our dining venues.

Pre-Arrival Dining Planning: Assist the F&B team in coordinating pre-stay dining arrangements, curated menu selections, and tailored restaurant reservations for incoming guests. Bespoke Table Experiences: Welcome guests warmly, assisting in delivering a highly personalized service that includes presenting tailored culinary elements and celebrating special occasions. Cross-Departmental Synergy: Coordinate bespoke F&B amenities, celebratory showpieces, and unique culinary farewell touches with the Kitchen, Guest Relations, and Concierge teams.

Service Excellence & Detail: Maintain the pristine presentation of dining spaces, ensuring that Belmond’s high standards of luxury and aesthetics are flawlessly executed throughout the service. Requirements What You Bring Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management school, culinary arts academy, or equivalent program. Hospitality Mindset: Natural empathy, warmth, and outstanding interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to grow within luxury hospitality.

Adaptability: Problem-solving agility, a positive attitude, and creative flair in executing guest surprise-and-delight culinary initiatives. Organization: Strong teamwork mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn restaurant operations and POS systems. Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is a strong asset.
